Managing your account with Devrio

Sign In To Your Account

  1. Go to www.devrio.co

  2. Go to My Account in the top right corner

  3. Sign in with your login credentials (please note your sign in email may be different than the notification email which receives 3D virtual walkthroughs and new leads)

  4. Access your account via My Account



Accessing Your Invite Code

The invite code you receive upon signing up for Devrio is the one you'll use to invite every client. It's your company's invite code. There are a couple of ways to access the invite code if you don't remember it.


Search For It In Your Email

One way to find your invite code is by searching in the original email we signed when you signed up. Try searching for the subject "Your invite code."


Accessing Your Invite Via Your Account Dashboard

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Go to My Account in the top right corner

  3. Click on the Invite Code & Templates tab

  4. Use this page to copy and paste your invite code and invite message templates



Updating Your Company's Information

Devrio does not allow you to update your company's information via your account dashboard. To update public-facing information or change your notification email please email hello@devrio.co.


Company Information You Can Update

  • Company Name

  • Company Phone Number

  • Company Website

  • Notification Email

  • Service Area (please provide an input address and a radius)

  • Trades/Services (view our full list of trades here)


Changing Your Login Email & Password

  1. Login to your account at www.devrio.co/login

  2. Click on the My Account tab

  3. Scroll to the bottom where it says Login info




Managing Your Billing & Subscription

Devrio uses Stripe to process payments and manage billing. From the Stripe billing portal, you can view or cancel your subscription, download receipts, and get a summary of charges.


How to Access The Billing Portal

  1. Login to www.devrio.co/login

  2. Go to My Account in the top right corner

  3. Click on the Billing & Subscriptions tab

  4. The Stripe billing portal will open in a separate tab

  5. Manage your subscription in the top right and scroll to the bottom to view and download invoices


Statement About Recurring Charges, Cancelations, & Refunds

By subscribing to Devrio, you agree to have your payment method automatically charged every month until cancelation. Devrio does not send notifications, reminders, or invoices with each individual charge. A summary of charges is made available via the billing portal.


Devrio does not offer refunds in the event of cancelation. All software services will continue through the paid billing period and all applicable fees and services will stop thereafter. If your card is declined or expired, Devrio will notify you and automatically apply a seven (7) day grace period so you can continue using our software services. After cancelation or failed payment method, Devrio holds no responsibility to maintain your account or the data associated with it. Please read our Terms of Service for more details.
