Every day thousands of homeowners use Devrio to create and share 3D virtual walkthroughs of their projects. Some homeowners find value in using the app without a contractor. For example, they'll use Devrio to bring a digital twin of their space to the hardware store or to measure hard-to-reach spaces. Many of the homeowners who download the app, however, are looking to connect with highly-rated home professionals. That's where your company comes in.

New Lead Notifications
New leads will be emailed to your notification email with the subject "New lead from Devrio." To double-check your notification email log in to www.devrio.co/login. To change your notification email, please send a message to hello@devrio.co.
TCPA Compliance & Competitors
TCPA or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act is a United States Federal Law requiring match-making marketplaces like Devrio to obtain one-to-one consent before passing consumer information to a soliciting company. One-to-one consent essentially means that a homeowner must explicitly provide permission to be contacted by your company. Unlike other home improvement marketplaces, Devrio remains TCPA compliant because it requires every homeowner to manually "check" which companies they want to receive estimates from.
To provide a great user experience for our homeowners, your company will appear alongside four (4) other competitors in the search results. This also helps Devrio remain TCPA compliant because it provides plenty of options for the end consumer. Even if you don't get selected, it's great exposure for your name and logo.
Modifying Your Service Area
Service areas are created using an input address and radius. We suggest making your service area as large as possible so it increases your in-app exposure. To update your service area, please email hello@devrio.co with an input address and desired radius (i.e. 25 miles, 50 miles, 75 miles, etc.). You can also limit your service area to the state you operate in.
Modifying Your Your Trades
Currently, you cannot view the trades you selected on sign-up via your account dashboard. To get a copy of or to update your trades, please email hello@devrio.co.
