Getting started with inviting your homeowners to Devrio? Here's a quick guide on how to set yourself up with sucess.
Benefits Of Invite-To-Capture
Although it may seem unnatural initially, requesting a 3D virtual walkthrough from homeowners shows you're a savvy contractor who values efficiency. The truth is virtual estimating is becoming more common in home improvement. Clients want feedback and pricing as soon as possible. So if you can't make it on-site for a week or want to try cutting costs by estimating projects remotely, you're in the right place.
Top Benefits:
Faster engagement with prospects. Prequalify them and get pricing in their hands so you can move toward closing the deal.
Reduce windshield time. On average, home pros who use Devrio save up to 6 hours a week, plus gas expenses!
Unique sales process. Homeowners like to be guided through a sales process because it shows they're working with a reputable company. Stand out from the competition by introducing a virtual quoting option.
Never miss a detail or measurement. 3D virtual walkthroughs are extremely detailed and allow you to digitally revisit a space from anywhere. Don't rely on handwritten notes or homeowner sketches. See the space and measure all of the space in picture-level detail.

Requesting 3D Virtual Walkthroughs Of Multiple Non-Adjacent Spaces
A homeowner can typically scan up to 1,500 sqft at once. However, some parts of the project might not be adjacent to the other. For example, if you are a flooring company and your client wants to get two rooms, but one is on the first floor and the other on the second, they will need to create an entirely new scan.
Instruct your homeowner to reenter your invite code and repeat the process for each non-adjacent space that needs to be scanned. Each scan will be sent to your notification email seperatly.
